Official documentation
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) provides individuals in the European Union (EU) with specific rights regarding their personal data. This page explains these rights and how to exercise them when using Everify's services.
Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:
You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you and information about how we process it.
You have the right to ask us to correct any inaccurate personal data about you and to complete any incomplete personal data.
You have the right to ask us to delete your personal data when it's no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, when you withdraw consent, when you object to processing based on legitimate interests, when your data was unlawfully processed, or when erasure is required by law.
You have the right to ask us to temporarily restrict the processing of your personal data when you contest its accuracy, when the processing is unlawful but you oppose erasure, when we no longer need the data but you need it for legal claims, or when you've objected to processing pending verification of our legitimate grounds.
You have the right to receive your personal data that you provided to us in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and to transmit that data to another controller without hindrance from us.
You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data based on legitimate interests or for direct marketing purposes.
You have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects or similarly significantly affects you.
You can exercise your rights by submitting a request through one of these methods:
